Maryam has an advantageous blend of experience in public relations, management, promotions and the media. She has studied Communications both at the Universities of Athabasca and Victoria. With more than 12 years of hospitality experience in special events and promotions management, she has a keen insight into the resorts, attractions and travel industry and has charmed Victoria residents as a radio and TV personality. She is a two-time recipient of the “Yes I Can” program and the recipient of the Ida Clarkson Scholarship for Women in Broadcasting.
